about

Discoverer is one of many aliases of Kansas City native Brandon Knocke. Dude has a seriously impressive and diverse discography spanning future funk, discreet house, cosmic techno, ambient, lounge electronica and just about everything in between. "In Collection" is a rarities / B sides compilation compiled by his main man and frequent collaborator Andrew Heuback. The ten track cassette is made up of half new / unreleased originals and half rarely heard B sides. This thing is flawlessly listenable from start to finish, a truly addictive and utterly smooth lounge groover. Since we got the tapes in we've scarcely gone two days without chucking this thing in the deck. A permanent fixture to the heavy rotation case.
